The Idea Box (a worksheet for creating new recipes/ideas)
Egullet: An online culinary forum. It’s free to browse the forums but you must register for an account if you want to post and participate in the discussions. The site is geared towards amateur, professional cooks, and hobbyists alike.
Egullet Pastry and Baking Forum
Francisco Migoya: author of the recently published “The Elements of Dessert” and the blog “The Quenelle: Modern Pastry and Baking”. Even if you never make any of the dishes featured on his blog, you’ll always wonder, “What if?”
